Targeting Oncologists

The American Cancer Society reports the lifetime risk of an American male being
diagnosed with cancer sometime in his lifetime is almost 45%, and an American
female's lifetime risk of developing cancer is about 38%. With these statistics, it isn't
hard to imagine why a home care agency should include a specialized focus on
cancer care for clients. This month's materials target oncologists specifically, but
would also be appropriate for any medical referral source with cancer patients.
Important Note on How to Find the Targeting Oncologists Material
If you'd like to view the materials that we recommend when targeting oncologists,
please click the purple tab at the top of the screen that reads "Targets". Then select
the "Targeting Oncologists" link. You can click on the links in this "map" to preview
the selections and make note of what you would like to order. You can also print out
the "map" to make note of what you'd like to order.
When you are ready to make your selections, you will need to select "Make Choices"
and then "Item Oriented Choices". You can then find your chosen materials in their
respective categories as shown on the Targeting Oncologists Map that you
previously viewed.
Should you wish to use a specific theme rather than a referral target, you may
choose from any of the topics available in our web-based selection system. To see
an overview of topics, click here. You may also simply choose items that are not
theme based, but that fit into your marketing plans for the upcoming months.
