Diabetes Resources for the
Medical Community
A recent study found that 42% of the
diabetic population in the United States
are age 65 and older. As diabetes
increases the risk for cognitive decline
and physical disability, home care for
aging diabetics is often a good fit. The
information in this theme targets
hospitals, primary care physicians,
podiatrists, endocrinologists,
ophthalmologists, dieticians, dentists and
anyone else in the medical community
who could benefit from educational
resources on diabetes for their patients.
Should you wish to use a theme other
than the recommended theme for February 2012, you may choose from any of the
topics available in our web-based selection system. To see an overview of topics,
click here. You may also simply choose iems that are not theme based, but that fit
into your marketing plans for the upcoming months.

attention of key referral sources is to offer state approved Continuing
Education presentations. Let MOST research what is required to obtain CE
approval in your state for a particular referral source, such as social workers
or nursing case managers. We'll gather all of the application forms, let you
know what materials and fees are required and give you instructions on how
